The company BlaBlaBus offers to change the bus ticket up to 30 minutes. It is possible to change the date and time of departure as well as the holder of the bus ticket. If the price of the new ticket chosen is higher, the difference is at your expense.

The company Megabus offers the change availability of the tickets.  It costs £2.50 to change a booking online. In case of changing takes place with an authorised megabus agency will cost £4.50.  
Please note that if new trip ticket is more expensive than original one, customer will also need to pay the difference.

FlixBus offers to change the ticket up to 15 minutes before departure at no extra charge. You will be able to change the time, date of departure and name of the ticket holder.. If the price of the new ticket chosen is higher, the difference is your responsibility.

The coach company Eurolines offers to change the bus ticket up to 6 hours before departure for a fee of 8€. Moreover, a ticket with a lower value than the previous one cannot be refunded. You can change the time and date of departure of the ticket.

   

Cancel or be refunded a bus ticket

Ticket refunds are not offered by coach companies except for Eurolines, which offers a partial refund of the ticket under certain conditions. You can cancel or exchange your tickets but fees are applicable:

With Eurolines & Isilines, for reimbursement, a request must be made at the agency or by contacting them via their contact details and filling in a form. Please note that a ticket that has been modified cannot be refunded.

  • More than 48 hours before departure with 25% of the value of the ticket withheld
  • 48h before and up to 6h before departure with 50% of the ticket value withheld
